Rainer Votsmeier

Who am I?

After my training as an information electronics technician, I gained my first professional experience at Nixdorf Computer AG. I moved to Munich in 1994 when it was taken over by Siemens. There I decided to also study business administration in order to expand my technical know-how with business expertise.

My various roles ranged from development technician and development clerk to product manager, project manager and commercial manager. These tasks gave me a comprehensive insight into the development of products and the management of projects and organizations.

In 2000 I was in Canada for two years as Commercial Director. I was able to gain valuable international experience there and further develop my management skills in an international environment.

The change in my professional orientation from technical, then commercial to people-oriented development has shown me that an external change is always accompanied by an internal change.

I have been self-employed since 2014 and have specialized in the area of leadership development and personality development.

Through regular training and further education as well as supervision, I always keep my knowledge up to date, continuously expand my expertise and stabilize the high-quality standard in my work.
